SAC Business Operation Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Design review and execution of Civil/ Structure works in coordination with other stakeholders and ensuring implementation of the same with highest safety & quality standards within specified timelines and cost.

SAC Business Operation Manager will be Co-coordinating closely with the Program manager and Project Manager, Related Departments, Solution Partners and Master system integrator (MSI). He/She will be responsible for  selection and solution implementation for DIAL Smart Airport City Project.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Will have to overview that business model proposed for each solution, Concession details for applicable solutions, implementation as per AOP and budget approved.
• Should have strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Multiple vendor and stakeholder coordination and management
• Manage implementation process through MSI and vendors
• Measure project impacts and outcomes
• Document, share and promote projects through development of reports, case studies, learnings, experience notes etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Qualification-

• Full time BE/B. Tech in IT/CS/ECE/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation.
• Good to have- PGDBM/PGDM/MBA in strategy/operations etc.
• Must have hands-on experience in project management tools like MS Projects/Jira/Primavera etc.
• Data Presentation skills in Power BI and Excel
• Should have excellent Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Ten(10) or more years of project management experience
• End to end project management knowledge as per PMP standards
• Must have good understanding of HSE and Aesthetics standards
• Good to have exposure towards Cyber Security standards
• Experience in onsite implementation of large IT projects in Airport or critical infrastructure pertaining to- IOT platforms, IT and OT infrastructure, ICCC, SCADA, BMS etc.
• Demonstrated experience within an IT Management role and Operations Management role
• Strong understanding of networks, their operation, security, and cloud-based computing
• Excellent leadership abilities and ability to work with a diverse multicultural team
• Effective delegation skills, and project management abilities
• Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
