JOB PURPOSE

Processing of invoices of CISF and DIAL security pertaining to Adm / Ops requirements i.e. Accommodation, vehicles hiring, maintenance of Security Equipments, trainings, administrative & operational requirements etc. related to approx. 4500 personnel of CISF & approx 400 numbers of DIAL Security. Also, to arrange to process the same through different departments of DIAL (Procurement, Finance, HR etc) and as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide assistance in preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) after collating data from all verticals of DIAL Security (Technical, Aviation Security (ILBS & AEP Section), Security Operations (ACS & Ops) and Landside Security. Close monitoring of AOP (Plan vs Actual)

To provide assistance/support to DIAL-Security Admin Vertical for smooth execution of  administrative/operational requirements for CISF personnel (4500 numbers) i.e  Accommodation, Vehicles, Security Equipments etc and to provide assistance to other verticals (Operations, City-side, AVSEC, Cargo) for raising PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and other procurement related processes, to prepare details/data for CEO’s review of the department.

  1. Collection of Data from all verticals in Security Department.
  2. Compile and align the data as per format.

Support in preparing minutes of the meeting specially Airport Security Committee (APSC) meeting and forwarding of the same to the concerned stakeholders.

SAP related activities

  1. Creation of Purchase Requisition (PR).
  2. Coordination with the different verticals for ensuring that all relevant documents and details are attached in NFA.
  3. Preparation of Purchase Requisition Checklist (PRC) and Purchase Requisition Justification (PRJ) and forwarding the same to Procurement Dept for further action.
  4. Coordination with concerned vertical and Central store for creating material codes.
  5. Preparation of Material Requisition Note (MRN) and coordination with Central Store and Users for issuance of material.

Support during visit of Parliamentary Delegation and other important Govt officials.

Maintaining more than 150 files and Important Secret documents in Security Department

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

    M.Com, B.Com, Diploma in Computer Applications. 
    Qualified in the Basic AVSEC course conducted by Regulatory Authority (BCAS).
