JOB PURPOSE
Supervise, monitor and implement Mechanical works like HVAC, Fire Fighting and PHE system and ensure highest level of safety & quality, within cost and time in coordination with all other disciplines.

| Design Management: Assist in reviewing designs for projects from conceptual stage to detailed designs by verifying data, drawings, compliance to the requirements, etc. including records maintenance. | Document readiness / confirmation for Statutory requirements, Design verification for the stake holder requirements and project objectives. |
| Procurement Management: Assist procurement team with Technical data, evaluate new technologies at the time of tender, vendor evaluation and finalization. | In-time technical inputs for the Procurement, technical documentation for finalization of contractor / Vendor. Verification for Quality, time and cost compliance |
| Construction Management: Assist in coordination and implementation of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works in compliance to the Design and requirements of the Project. | Completion of tasks within time, Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance. |
| Hand over: Assist in hand over of completed project to user departments with required documentation, assist operation team in initial period to stabilize the operation. Post operation stabilization; assist Procurement and Contracts team to close the all project related contracts | Documentation to comply with the project objectives & site support for stabilization of system for maximum output as per the service levels. Documentation for Contracts closure. |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with the stake holders of the projects while executing the works at site.
Interact with the Statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Pollution control board, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates, etc., for approvals & certifications
Interact with the external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects and understand the advances in technology and trends.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with the user departments and stakeholders for efficient coordination of works
Interact with the individual team members and cross functional teams during work execution.
Interact with the Senior team members to support them with MIS.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Experience in Execution of Mechanical works worth INR. 1 Crore to 15 Crores where the project valued is 10 to 250 Cr.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Should have executed Chiller plant rooms, HVAC low side works.
- Should have executed Fire Fighting and Plumbing works in warehouses, offices and industrial environment.
- Should have knowledge of Mechanical systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, Material Handling, etc.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
BE / B Tech (Mechanical).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience in installation of Mechanical systems
