JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To Maintain the serviceability & availability of HVAC systems and other utilities (FDP & PHE).
- Execution of Opex and Capex as mentioned in Annual Operating Plan
- Spare and Inventory Management
- Contract Management
- Departmental (Mechanical) SAP Management
- Develop robust SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Special/Initiatives – Participate in business excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, implementation of 5’s’, audits and implementation of audit points
- Training of contractors staff

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering
- Engineering Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Experience of at least 3 – 5 years for BE/B.Tech. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems (Fire Detection & Protection, PHE and HVAC)
- Experience of at least 5 – 8 years for 3Yrs. Engg. Diploma. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems (Fire Detection & Protection, PHE and HVAC)
