JOB PURPOSE
To Operate and Maintain Mechanical system (HVAC, PHE & FDP) to upkeep the serviceability above 99% so that it will help to achieve the targets mentioned in Operation Management Development Agreement (OMDA).

2. Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Services of Electrical Panels, Motors etc.
3. Rate Contract of Repair of Mechanical system, PCB and Pumps.
4. Contract & SLA monitoring for Mechanical system.
5. Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.
6. Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports.
7. Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens.
8. Implementation of new Projects/Improvement works for new concessionaires, retail shops.
