JOB PURPOSE

Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

Ensure proper O&M of  Mechanical systems ( HVAC), there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumptions, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – 500001).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To Maintain the serviceability & availability of HVAC systems and other utilities (FDP & PHE).
  • Execution of Opex and Capex as mentioned in Annual Operating Plan
  • Spare and Inventory Management
  • Contract Management
  • Departmental (Mechanical) SAP Management
  • Develop robust SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Special/Initiatives – Participate in business excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, implementation of 5’s’, audits and implementation of audit points
  • Training of contractors staff

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • OEMs like M/s Honeywell, Carrier,  Johnson Controls, Star Purotech and other vendors like M/s ETA, etc.
  • Water Testing from 3rd Party Lab
  • Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal
  • Securities - CISF , Delhi Police, BCAS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B.E. / B.Tech. - Mechanical

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Experience of at least 3 – 5 years with relevant experience in Building MEP Services (HVAC/FDP/PHE) including BMS/CMS.
    Good Communications skills
