JOB PURPOSE

Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

To Operate and Maintain Mechanical (HVAC-Chiller, Cooling tower, Pumps, AHU/TFA, PAHU, FCU etc) System to upkeep the serviceability above 99.5% so that it will help to achieve the targets mentioned in Operation Management Development Agreement (OMDA).

Candidate also having PHE and FDP experience to be given preference.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contracts & SLA monitoring for T3 Mechanical - AMC / CMC / RMC / Spare Management 
  • Implementation of New Projects/Improvement works for new concessionaires, retail shops - Preparation of BOQ/Specification/Makes & execution
  • Formulation & submission of MIS, Energy Reports
  • Registration & Implementation of improvement works and kaizen
  • Training of Contractor Staff

 

RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Report for Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Response time, Testing Reports of Equipment's, Availability of Tools, Spares & consumables.
  • Work permits ,Hot permits, Inward/Outward gate pass, AEP
  • Inventory control of Refrigerant gas, Fabrication gas and salt.
  • RCA and CAPA reports of all major  incidents
  • Review of PM checklists / SOP/Logbooks
  • Ensure Warranty of the installed systems.
  • Execution of Opex and Capex as mentioned in Annual Operating Plan 
  • Planning/Execution of Activities wrt CAPEX/OPEX & its monitoring and control
  • Receipt of material after proper Quality checks
  • Preparation of BOQ based on the analysis of consumption trend
  • Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports & Comparison wrt baseline, WAA Audits
  • Improvement works – Kaizens,5S, BLIP (Bottom Line Improvement Plan), CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan)
  • Trained staff of contractor / improved Performance Assessment

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

   OEMs like M/s Honeywell, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Star Purotech and other vendors like M/s ETA, etc.
   Water Testing from 3rd Party Lab
   Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal 
   Securities - CISF , Delhi Police, BCAS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor in Engineering - Mechanical 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Experience of at least 3 – 5 years with relevant experience in Mechanical (HVAC) system
    Good Communications skills
