JOB PURPOSE
Supervise, monitor and coordinate for planned maintenance activities of WTP & STP plant for smooth operations and ensure highest level of safety & quality, within cost and time in coordination with all other disciplines.

| Compliance Requirements : Maintaining serviceability and availability of system, ensure internal/regulatory compliances, monitoring and reviewing the AMC service providers performance, upkeep and life enhancement of equipment and preparation of detailed estimates and budgeting OPEX and CAPEX of the requirements, etc. including records maintenance. | Serviceability of system >95% , preparation of detailed estimates, BOQ along with technical requirements, PR to PO and payment process. review of quality checklists/intervals/method statement / SOP etc. Review and submission of reports (MIS, maintenance records). SLA monitoring and process improvement. Spares / consumables inventory maintain / monitoring. Coordination for various ISO standards / certifications. | |
| Procurement Management: Assist procurement team with Technical data, evaluate new technologies at the time of tender, vendor evaluation and purchase orders. | In-time technical inputs for the Procurement, technical documentation for finalization of contractor / Vendor. EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Interact with all the stake holders while executing the works at site.
- Interact with the Statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, DJB, BCAS etc., for approvals & certifications
- Interact with the external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth operation and maintenance of the works and understand the advances in technology and trends.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Interact with the user departments and stakeholders for efficient coordination of works
- Interact with the individual team members and cross functional teams during work execution like (Airside operations, terminal buildings, finance, IT, procurement, HR, HSE and environment).
- Interact with the Senior team members to support them with MIS.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Experience in Execution of Electrical works.
- CAPEX Budget -- 1.00Cores (Approximately 3 schemes)
- OPEX Budget- 1.5 Crores
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Should have executed Electrical systems like VFD, Harmonic filters, PLC and SCADA side works.
- Should have knowledge Instrumentation, Co2 Flooding and Fire extinguishers for offices and industrial environment.
- Should have knowledge of Electrical systems like Motors, MCC panels, soft starters, ACB and Material Handling, etc.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- B E Electrical with 3+ years in Projects/ Maintenance/ STP/ WTP
- Diploma in Elect Engineering with 5+ years in Projects/ Maintenance/ STP/ WTP
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in installation of Electrical systems for BE/ B.Tech.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience in installation of Electrical systems for Diploma in Electrical.
