JOB PURPOSE

  • Asset management (1 Solar plants) – Overall responsible for all O&M related activities at GMR Gujarat Solar Power Ltd 25 MW at Gujarat & ensure efficient running of Solar plants & maintain Plant availability of >99% on annual basis.
  • Over all monitoring of O & M, coordinating with developer regarding all aspects of 25MW.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Overall monitoring of O & M, coordinating with developer regarding all aspects of 25MW.
    • To track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Energy output, Efficiency, and Reliability.
    • To ensure that Performance of asset will match the AOP target by implanting the SOPs.

To ensure all spare, tools & tackles availability at site.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

Site management

  • Looking after the safety related activities and coordinating with vendors for spare parts and equipment.
  • Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with GETCO and SLDC in case of grid issues..
  • Root cause analysis during equipment failure.
  • Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technologies and maintenance practices.
  • Lead and manage the field operations team, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Compliance to the legal requirement from various government bodies for renewal of license/certificate & also as per ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 requirements for plant

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Support in MIS preparation & presentation for solar asset, review - prepared on Quarterly, Half yearly, annually basis.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

GMR Gujarat Solar – Liasoning with GETCO Grid Connectivity & GPCL Gujarat Solar Park Developer.

Accounts & SSC department for payments.

Various Vendors – Civil, Electrical vendors and Technical Consultants, etc..
