Specialist (Airport Capacity & Operations Performance)

JOB PURPOSE

Provide operational support to Operational Commander at satellite stations (station 2&station 4) to implement all SOPs & contingency plans for the Rescue and Firefighting related airport emergencies at the IGI Airport as per DGCA CAR.

Ensure adequate resources are available for smooth shift operations by effectively utilizing available manpower, appliances, equipment and extinguishing media. Also responsible all personnel are competent enough to perform the duties in highest level to achieve operational excellence in all areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position at the Sector level will be responsible for the Airport Capacity Assessment and Operations Performance by:
•    Developing a formalized, shared and consolidated strategic vision on airport capacity (landside, terminal and airside)
•    Building robust and evaluative referential documents
•    Ensuring overall consistency of studies and decision on airport capacity, resource/traffic matching process, traffic distribution
•    Ensuring excellence in operations performance monitoring systems

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B.E./B.Tech
Master in airport operations and planning
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

From 2 to 5 years related to Airport Operations.
