JOB PURPOSE

Ensure complete and updated documentation and also document Aeronautical information publication for IGIA in compliance with DGCA and other regulatory requirements in order to ensure aerodrome license renewal of IGIA.

Key Performance Indicators

Renewal of Aerodrome License – Coordinate with various units at IGIA, compilation of check list and sent to DGCA for license renewal

Compliance with Annex 14

Updating Aerodrome Manual, Dept Documentation and SOPs – Revising contents of AOM, getting vetted by concerned depts. & submitting to DGCA, distribution to stake holders

Timely updating and dissemination

Aeronautical Information Publication – Looking after AIPs, NOTAMs for any addition/deletion of airside facility, maintenance works, RWY maintenance etc.

Compliance with DGCA CAR

Developing Airside Competencies of team – Sharing knowledge of ASO with the team, the basics of airside and the rules associated with it.

Internal training

Constant counseling

Internal stakeholder interaction – internal departmental interactions for NOTAM, AOM updating, Aerodrome Licensing

Compliance with DGCA CAR

Timely renewal
