JOB PURPOSE

To plan & monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG & issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations.

To monitor the upkeep of movement area & FOD free procedures in compliance with ICAO and DGCA Regulations and recommendations.

Vendor management & monitoring the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • On time renewal of contracts
  • No. of penalties imposed
  • Deficiency in documentations
  • Planned v/s actuals
  • No. of grievances handled (indirect).

To attend & act on meetings held for VVIP movements

  • No. of VVIP movements handled.
  • No. of observations / feedback received
  • No. of such observation closed

Man management, development & discipline

  • Employee engagement score
  • No. of meeting with team to resolve their grievance

Monitor the issuance of Work Permits at IGI airside

  • No. of work permits issued
  • No. of discrepancy observed at site

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•M. Sc. (electronics/Physics)./B.E (Elect/Civil) / MBA with background of physics/Mathematics
•1 year accredited program in Airport Operations and Management.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•15 years experience with minimum 7 years experience in ATC/Airside Operations/Airside Engineering
•Minimum 3 years in an Airport handling around 500 Air Traffic Movements (ATMs) per day.
