JOB PURPOSE

Monitor operation and maintenance of power transmission and distribution system of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in order to ensure system availability.

Responsible to ensure proper adoption of AOP, Strategic Initiatives, Collation of Project & Engineering health and performance data for the purpose of preparation of senior management review process, ensure implementation of all the direction from BCM, CEO, DCEO & CPEO. Support CPEO in tracking CAPEX, OPEX and Special projects related time and value engineering across the Departments.  Also provide input to CPEO with respect to implementation of various improvement works, corrective action works, and strategic Action items.

To ensure proper coordination within P&E various depts. (Mechanical/Electrical/AGL/STP/WTP, Civil/Finishes, Airport systems, TMT/Stores, Landscape & Irrigation) as well as with E&M sub-contractors for proper O&M of all assets at the Airport, thereby monitoring AOP regularly and supporting CPEO for routine Operational job so as to facilitate CPEO on core operational issues, both qualitatively and quantitatively so as to attend more important business matters at  macro level.

P&E Business Integration :-

•    Preparation of AOP (CAPEX & OPEX), Strategic Initiatives, BSC and P&E related rolling action plan.
•    Preparation of action plan w.r.t implementation of Strategic Initiatives through cross functional engagement.
•    Support CPEO to ensure analysis of all CAPEX & Special Projects related data in terms of time and cost.
•    Collate and analyze daily project report, weekly and monthly project report.
•    Prepare MIS for Senior Management review
•    Ensure implementation of all the directions from the senior management and complete action taken report.
•    Control AOP for CAPEX and OPEX
•    Prepare data for department BLIP / CIP
•    Lead on Airport Service Quality (ASQ) / Skytrax
•    Business Excellence (BE)
•    Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
•    ISO certifications
•    Audit observations & closures 
•    Compliance to LEED, CDM, Energy Management System    

•    Budget Planning wrt CAPEX/ OPEX & its monitoring & control
•    Regular S.I. meetings by CFTs / Number of CFT projects completed
•    Registrations / Progress review
•    Regular meetings / data compilation
•    Review of Business Continuity Plan & accordingly Minimum Operating Requirements & Recovery Time Objectives as per ISO 22301.
•    Closure of audits observations to avoid non-compliances.
•    Documentations & implementations of  ISO – 50001 , LEED, CDM, ISO-140001, etc

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

OPEX Budget – approx. INR 70 crores per annum
CAPEX Budget – approx. INR 50 to 70 crores per annum (as per Management approval)

Interaction with Internal team members (HOD, HOD-1) size up to 10 numbers and total dept strength of 50 nos.
Interaction with External Customers / Stakeholders / Maintenance Contractors & review with Site In-charges 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate (Engineering degree preferred)
Certification in Office Management / ISO 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

6-8 years of professional experience in reputed organization(s) 
    Experience of Engineering department
    Should be well qualified, experienced and matured individual with good exposure to various business related issues. 
    Must have worked in two / three major organizations/ Groups.
    Knowledge of SAP (preferably material management module).
    Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
