JOB PURPOSE

As a GM Residential Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality residential projects in Mopa Goa. You will work closely with the project managers, engineers, architects and contractors to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specifications and standards. You will also manage the project teams, monitor the progress, resolve issues, and report to CDO

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead and supervise the project teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants. Construction as per Plan
Zero Deviation
 
Coordinate with the clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback. Coordinating meeting
Turn around time
 

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.  

 As per construction plan 

Monitor and control the project performance, scope, cost, time, and quality. Planned vs Actual
Make up Plan in case of delay
 
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and reviews to the senior management and clients.  As per business requirement
Technical Feasibility at preliminary Development stage, preparation of Design briefs,  Selecting Architects & Project Managers ,  Review of Technical Specifications/ Designs , Review Budgets , Review Tendering/ Procurement Process ,  Rate negotiations of Contract Packages  , Validation of Cost  , Project implementation  / Project Delivery , Monitory Schedules, Testing Commission & handover of Projects  to Operations team. As per Business requirement/ BCMO directions.

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

 Interaction with external Consultants – Architect, PMC, Structural Engineer, Interior Designer etc.
Interaction with Contractors for Civil, MEP Services, Façade,  Interior/ Finishes , Landscaping.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech ( Civil ) 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
•    Minimum 15 years of experience in project management of Residential building projects. 
•    Should have good knowledge of design & budget
