JOB PURPOSE
As a GM Residential Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality residential projects in Mopa Goa. You will work closely with the project managers, engineers, architects and contractors to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specifications and standards. You will also manage the project teams, monitor the progress, resolve issues, and report to CDO

Technical Feasibility at preliminary Development stage, preparation of Design briefs, Selecting Architects & Project Managers , Review of Technical Specifications/ Designs , Review Budgets , Review Tendering/ Procurement Process , Rate negotiations of Contract Packages , Validation of Cost , Project implementation / Project Delivery , Monitory Schedules, Testing Commission & handover of Projects to Operations team. | As per Business requirement/ BCMO directions. |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interaction with external Consultants – Architect, PMC, Structural Engineer, Interior Designer etc.

B.Tech ( Civil )
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management of Residential building projects.
• Should have good knowledge of design & budget
