Manage ISO Systems at DIAL & Service providers to enhance the Process excellence. To manage OMDA Schedule 3 parameters compliance & keep a track on the all the OMDA related compliances to DIAL in OMDA portal.



•Management Systems,Maintenance of existing ISO 9001 accreditation of DIAL,New Management System accreditation for DIAL as applicable,Support to internal & external stakeholder (DIAL P&E & CISF) in maintaining their QMS,Develop QMS internal auditors by organizing in-house training program,Timely conduction of QMS internal audits & Management Review Meeting,Closure of internal & external QMS audit findings,Process change request management ,Maintenance of QMS SharePoint in public server,

•Objective Service Quality,Monitoring of Objective Service Quality Report as per OMDA Schdule-3 & ,To maintain the OMDA schedule-3 Objective Quality service parameters at 100%,

•Process Study & Improvement,To study AS IS PROCESS & carry out Process Improvement Project (PIP) through applying Value Stream Mapping & other Lean technique,Train employees on improvement tools & techniques

•Support Work,Carry out 5S Audit ,Support during various stakeholder engagement program like R&R, Q-Fest & Business Excellence

•Work with external stakeholder like-CISF for QMS internal & external audits.
•Interact with agencies for process study and measuring & monitoring of objective service quality report as defined in OMDA schedule-3.


Interface with entire DIAL team for QMS audits.
Interact with various internal stakeholder for new management system establishment at DIAL.

•Engineering or Science Degree with Dip / MBA in Total Quality Management
•Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt from reputed institute
•L&D skills
•MS- Office applications skills
•Knowledge about process mapping tools like MS-Visio.
•Exposure to statistical software like MINITAB


•5-7 Years of experience, in large Manufacturing / Service Industries and hands on exposure in Management System viz. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 20000, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, 5S , Safety, Kaizen, Juran Methodology, Process Mapping/Engineering and Management System Training.
