JOB PURPOSE

Ensure adequate peak hour manning of PESC and Immigration counters, Oversee the investigation / enquiry conducted on various incident / accidents, Random audit of key management system, Take initiatives to deliver superior customer experience, Conduct surprise checks for violation of Airport rules, Ensure compliance of BCAS guidelines and regulations, Initiatives to reduce ‘Theft and Pilferage’ cases at PTB, Improve ASQ / Skytrax Score, Enhance Intelligence capabilities, Resolution/response to Passenger complaints, Recommend Tools/Material in/out permission requests, Co-ordination with security agencies during contingencies, Ensure timely security clearances for major development plans and proper monitoring during the project. Ensure monitoring alarm event display system of ACS & CCTV, issuance of Airport Access Cards and CCTV investigations of all the incidents/accidents/ theft & pilferage cases reported by various internal & external forums.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate (in any Discipline) with Basic AVSEC course

Fluency in English and Hindi

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Advanced aviation security courses, Training on Intelligence and Crime Control, Profiling etc.
15 years of work experience with minimum 10 years in aviation security and at least 5 years in Managerial position
Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
