JOB PURPOSE

Execution of Site development works, Earth work packages, other civil works while adhering to safety & quality standards for new green field airport at MOPA Goa.

Monitoring, Supervising and Implementing the Engineering & Maintenance activities of Finishes Department including Infrastructure developments, External Finishes and Interior fit-outs work of all Airport Facilities.
so that all the related systems are available and reliable to meet day today operational  requirements complying with Safety and  Environment and Regulatory requirement.

Availability and Reliability of System and Assets

Ensure Availability of Reliable Finishes system including Interior fit-outs work for Airport Operations at Airport
•    Monitoring Day – today Maintenance Activities.
•    Carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
•    Periodic evaluation of the performance of the Finishes Assets.
•    Spare & consumable availability for Finishes maintenance work.
•    Eliminate brake down by condition monitoring.
•    Improve the skill gaps to carry out special job.
•    Ensure rectification of various audits observation like QRT, Walk down and senior management observation.
•    Ensure smooth Airport operation during monsoon by carrying out monsoon preparedness schemes
    Daily Monitoring of Complaints Register 
 Maintenance Strategy and Implementation 
•    Implementation of the Annual Maintenance Plan 
•    Planning of shutdowns as per process or mandatory needs.
•    Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure. 
•    Ensure achievement of target Service Level Agreement.
•    Increase the overall assets life by carrying out improved bench mark practices.
•     Optimization of assets utilization to obtain maximum productivity.
•    Minimize operational downtime by effective audit and monitoring system. 
•    Cost reduction by in-house maintenance by eliminating contractual staffs.
•    Cost reduction by value engineering in imported spares by developing indigenous spares without any impact in terms of quality.
•    Monitoring and Controlling of spare parts.
•     Debottlenecking & Efficiency Improvement, 
•    Fault analysis and its Corrective & Preventive Action,     Ensuring the serviceability of assets and SLA 

Cost control measures
•    Reduction in damage to assets by ensuring the implementation of SOP’s
•    Reduce repeated damages by providing permanent solution for the existing issues
•    Avoid/Reduce material wastage while during works
•    Improving manpower productivity.

    Cost Control within Budget

Quality Consciousness Health, Safety, Environment Systems , Regulatory Compliance  and Team Development -
•    Monitor and control Regulatory requirement. 
•    Reduce carbon foot print.
•    Adherence to all environments, safety ISO standards. 
•    Special skills development in the team.    No of Environment noncompliance/ fire incidences / major and /or minor injuries

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • BE /B Tech (Civil Engineering) with 3-5 years of experience

 

  • Knowledge of Civil structures, Infrastructure development and finishing activities.
  • Detailed understanding of electro Mechanical System and capability to guide operational team.
  • Understanding of civil design and coordination of construction of large Civil projects with various electro mechanical interfaces. 
  • Complete knowledge of construction of large commercial building such as PTB & in depth knowledge of construction materials.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of Civil structures, Infrastructure development and finishing activities.
