Senior Engineer-Engineering

JOB PURPOSE

Sr. Engineer  :Mechanical ,P&E department

Ensure proper O&M of Mechanical systems (HVAC) there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumptions, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – 500001) etc

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Contract & SLA monitoring for Mechanical :-

· Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Services of HVAC system 

· Rate Contract of Repair of HVAC system, PCB and Pump

Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.

Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports

 Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens.

Should be flexible to work in different shifts

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work 

Cordinated with OEMs like M/s Honeywell, York, Johnson Controls and other vendors

Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal

Securities -- CISF  team

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work.

Operations department – Terminal Operations, Standards, Security, AOCC, QSD, Corporate Relations,Commercial – Aero / Non-aero and

Central Stores Department.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3 to 6 years of experience with HVAC field for degree holders .

 Experience in Building MEP services
