JOB PURPOSE

Position is responsible for Payables & compliance i.e. Payroll & statutory (TDS/GST) related compliances,  Employee & vendor  payments, Foreign remittance, Fixed Asset accounting, closing activities, audit, MIS, Intercompany Accounting & reconciliation. Role includes critical part of Payables & compliance process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP), derving report, preparing MIS Timelines
Support in Montly closing/quarterly activities like accrual of income, provision for expenses, capitalization, depreciation run etc. Timelines
Payable accounting and payment-Employees, statutory and vendors Timelines
Support in closure of Audit (Internal, tax and statutory) Timelines
Support in preparation of MIS and schedules Timelines
Support in preparation of schedules/notes for financials Timelines
Support in GST, TDS, employee related compliances Timelines
Support in preparation of budget for expenses Timelines
Preparation of MIS for various stakeholders requirement - ageing of receivable, payable, cash flow, etc. Timelines

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

M.com  / M.B.A

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3 to 8 years of experience in domain of  F&A
    Good communication
    Good ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preference) and hand-on experience in MS-Excel
    Good Accounting knowledge
    Good Knowledge of compliances like TDS/GST
