JOB PURPOSE
To handle key strategic projects and office of CFO - Airport Sector. To handle critical aspects in CFO - Airport Sector Office such as project management, business development, corporate finance, regulatory, perform variance analysis on cost and revenue, perform and analyze market research on latest business trends.

• Oversee AOP and strategic plan process for Airport sector including all subsidiaries • Strategic business planning o Developing yearly and half yearly strategic and annual business plan in discussion with all department heads. o Work with all the departments to implement the identified key directions by the group. o Track action taken reports to align the departments. |

• Business Development o Provide support on bidding for new airport and allied business opportunities to expand Airport sector portfolio o Analyze new business opportunities for Go / No Go purpose o Assessing viability of the projects and generating feasibility reports/presentations as well as financial models. o Handle relationship management with potential partners for partnership development |

• Corporate Finance o Support in new investment opportunities in GAL in debt as well equity side o Reviewing term sheets, financial models and business assumptions o Evaluate financial proposals with multiple scenario analysis and risk assessment o Work on Joint Ventures (JV) for existing and new assets to create shareholders value |

• Project Management o Tracking and handling all the key projects under the President’s office. Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from President’s office o Work with C- Level executives to ensure timely completion of projects. o Ensure regular review of all operational matters and projects that are being implemented o Liasoning with cross functional teams to ensure project deliverables |

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of experience in Strategic planning, Consulting, and finance or similar roles.
