The AGM – HR & FMS is responsible for leading and managing Human Resources and Facility Management Services (FMS) functions for Smart Metering business, ensuring timely talent acquisition, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The incumbent is responsible for fostering a productive and harmonious work environment, driving workforce capability and well-being, maintaining high standards in infrastructure services, and safeguarding plant assets through robust security protocols. |
