JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
IR management and Liasioning with statutory authorities
Compensation settlement
Attendance & Payroll management
Grievance Cell Management
HR MIS & Documentation
Certification of Bills as per HR clearance check list
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
State govt. machinery like ALO,DLO, ALC,DLC,LC and other Govt. Authorities.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Accounts, FMS, functional heads
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Ensure NIL issuance of penalty in the form of fine due to statutory non compliance by enforcement authorities.
- Ensure zero mandays loss due to labour unrest.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Frequent travel shall be a part of job
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA(HR)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of experience in training and quality audit (preferably in power distribution domain)
