JOB PURPOSE
Assisting Manager stores in all activities related to Inventory management ,GRN MIS finalization perpetual inventory management and 5s activities and scrap disposal.

Ensure to book the consumption of issued material on daily basis | Documentation and management of materials inward and outward |
Physical verification of all inventories on quarterly basis as per store manual | Audit reports |
5S activity | Adherence to SOPs |
Store Related PR/SES and vendor bill verification/ certification | Store Hygiene |
Proper material storage arrangement in Open Yard to identify & create more space to store heavy material | Achieve Operational Excellence and Cost Reduction |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interaction with the transporters for timely delivery of material |
Interaction with service provider for smooth operation of store activity. |
Interaction with SSC team for processing of GRN & closer of resolution (If any). |

Interaction with all technical departments for issuance of material and consumption posting. |
