Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
To ensure lane availability and upkeep of the project at all times.
To update/maintain Highway Inventory

Lane availability – 100% and Inspection letters of Clients
To prepare and implement yearly highway maintenance plans and ensure Cost benefit analysis, value engineering AOP savings for Routine Maintenance and Repairs
To prepare budget for maintenance of highway and project facilities  No Non AOP items throughout the year
To prepare budget for maintenance of highway and project facilities  No complaint / observations from client regarding Highway maintenance, Penalty Clauses
To ensure the rectifications carried out as per the standards on time. Concession Agreement time lines
To Submit regular reports to HO/IC/NHAI relating to highway operation and maintenance As per Concession Agreement time lines
To coordinate with all stake holders and ensure the insurance claims are reimbursed. Claim processing time not exceeding AOP timelines

To plan regular surveys for determining the highway condition and ensure implementation of quality Assurance Plans
Reduction in periodic repairs and increased life of Highway
To take necessary actions to minimize accidents and ensure safety of road users. Reduction in accidents year on year



Interact with NHAI,IE, Police Department, EB, Labor Officer and other Govt. agencies pertaining to Highway works


Reporting to manager towards execution of job.
Interacting to subordinated and assigning job.
Interacting with sub-contractors for safe practice at work


AOP Budget, O&M Cost, periodic Maintenance


Leading  a team of 1 to 4 people


Graduate Degree in Civil

Diploma in Civil.


  • 8-10 years of   experience in highway project for Graduate Civil
  • 10-12Years of experience in highway project for Diploma Civil
  • Should have experience of 5-6Years in executing Highway  Project construction works and 3 -4 year in Highway O&M works.
