JOB PURPOSE

Providing business analysis of various joint ventures at Delhi, Hyderabad and any other upcoming Airports

Accountabilities	Key Performance Indicators
MIS	On time completion. Business analysis
M&A and divestment	Ensure management objective is achieved on time.
JV management	Revenue enhancement strategy at various businesses
JV Management Optimize return on investment (adequate dividends are received from profitable Vs).	Maximize return to shareholders in the form of upsides / dividends from JVs.
Secretarial	Ensure board minutes are in line with the discussion held in board meeting. Shareholder’s interest is being protected.
Preparation of Tariff Model Data requirement	Timelines and Tariff approval
Data Collection from various stake holders	Timeliness and accuracy
Validation of Data as per regulatory requirement	Timeliness and accuracy

Reconciliation with the audited financials	Timeliness and accuracy
Support for acquiring auditor certificate	Timeliness and accuracy
Asset Allocation statement preparation	Timeliness and accuracy
Opex allocation statement preparation	Timeliness and accuracy
Rate of Return assessment study	Timeliness and accuracy
Capex and Opex benchmarking national and international	Timeliness and accuracy
Preparation of Information Memorandum	Timeliness and accuracy
Reply to comments / objections in the user consultation	Timeliness and effectiveness
Analysis of the consultation paper	Timeliness and accuracy
Preparation of scenarios based on the consultation paper	Timeliness and accuracy
Preparation of objections to the consultation paper	Timeliness and accuracy
Collating and preparing all necessary documents, analysis and scenarios as required by Authority	Timeliness and accuracy
