JOB PURPOSE

To plan & monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG & issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations.

Lead team in a shift to manage Passenger, Baggage and Services Flow in the Passenger Terminal Building of GVIAL in real time, liaising with internal and external stakeholders during the shift.  Ensure that the Team reporting to the position works as the eyes and ears of the of GVIAL. Manage the support provided to VIP’s, VVIP’s and other guests of GHIAL in coordination with guest relations team in real time.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline.  PG degree in Aviation Management will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ICAO annexures, ACI and relevant IATA Manuals.
  • DGR/L&T/World Tracer/Airport Planner/Path Planner will be added advantages
  • Knowledge and understanding of functioning of Airlines and Airports and requirements thereof.

Working knowledge of all Statutory Rules Labour, Industrial, AAI Act, Aviation Rules, Customs Act and Basic Indian Penal Codes.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

12 years  & above Experience in Airlines / Hotel or facility management
