JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for efficient management of AOCC and its employees so as to ensure that overall objectives of the department are achieved. He would be responsible for entire operations and planning of AOCC which will include the on-going operations as per the defined SOP as well as the future planning keeping in view the growth in ATM as well as passenger traffic. He would be responsible to introduce innovation in resource allocation thereby enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the given KPIs. He would be responsible for making the Airport operations efficient and seamless by way of dynamic planning of airport resources. This position will would require expertise in handling all types of airport and aircraft emergencies and effective crisis management process. He will be responsible for accuracy of airport database & MIS generation. He will be responsible for improving and sustaining the On Time Performance. He will work with the airline marketing and the commercial team to facilitate the increase in both aero and non-aero revenue. The position is responsible for effective slot allocation based on the infrastructure available and capacity defined. He will be responsible to ensure proper capturing of operational data by the AOCC team thereby assuring the authenticity of aero invoices generated. As Head AOCC, he will be responsible for effective dissemination of operational communication to both internal and external agencies. He will also ensure collaborative stake holder engagement for cohesive operational decision and confidence building.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•16 Years in in Aviation with at least 07 years in AOCC /Airline OCC
