PIDs & Perimeter Security Management:  Monitor and maintain Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS) efficient functionality  Conduct periodic system checks, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.  Coordinate with security personnel for rapid response to perimeter intrusions / technical glitches

MTBF vs MTTR

CCTV Surveillance & Operations:  Coordinate with IT and technical teams for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting. MTBF vs MTTR  Analyze CCTV footage and report security incidents to higher management.  Assist in case investigations related to security concerns, if required.

Bomb Detection & Disposal Squad (BDDS) Coordination:  Coordiantion with BDDS tema for timely renewal of AMC  Ensure all BDDS equipment is well-maintained and operational at all times.

Canine Unit Managment:  Coordinate with handlers for schedule management and readiness drills.  Coordiantion with veterinary doctor for canine related health issues  Ensure all kennel are hygenic and well-maintained  Ensure proper care, training, and deployment of canines

Technical Coordination & Security Equipment Management:  Liaise with vendors and technical teams for the installation, repair, and maintenance of security systems.  Ensure compliance with aviation security standards (BCAS) for all technical equipment.  Assist in procurement planning for new security technology and upgrades

Reporting & Compliance:  Maintain logs and reports for security incidents, system performance, and maintenance schedules.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit readiness.  Collaborate with the airport's emergency response team to ensure preparedness and compliance in case of security incidents or threats.  Prepare reports for senior management on security breaches, investigations, and preventive measures.

Airlines/Ground handlers/Non-schedule operators: Interaction with airlines/ground handlers/non-schedule operators   in terms of operational requirements.

Govt. agencies (CISF/ATC): Coordination for operational requirements.

Medical Agencies: Coordination with medical centres (Medanta and Max) for medical requirement in the terminal, apron or aircraft on ground.

Shift Manager subordinates and peers within/outside the department.

• Graduate / Post Graduation in Aviation Management
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel, Word and Power point etc.
• Proficient in using different software
• BCAS Ceritification is preferred.
