JOB PURPOSE

Monitoring & streamlining non aero commercial (Retail/F&B/services) day to day operations for smooth business function & service quality. Audit of set process, implementing processes improvements; monitoring concessionaires functioning, coordinating with internal & external agencies etc to improvise the passenger service delivery. Manage operational performance of external service providers with large work force which impact commercial revenues.

To coordinate with the NAC and the various internal & external Stakeholders & ensure all the planned NAC projects are  executed on time and as per the agreement.  Based on the requirements shall coordinate with Estate Management team to finalize the Agenda items for the NAC Board meetings. Coordinate with Govt. Agencies, Regulators,  Municipal Corporation, HMDA, Police, Pollution Control Board. Shall ensure that all the Building Plans, Trade Licenses as submitted by GVIAL/ Tenants to NAC are cleared within the prescribed timelines. Ensure all statutory clearances including  Occupancy Certificate (OC) is obtained by the relevant building owners prior to the commissioning of the project.

•    Coordination with Govt. Agencies, Regulators, NAC, Municipal Corporation, HMDA, Police, Pollution Control Board. To ensure approvals are obtained on time and to maintain cordial relationships are maintained.   
•    To ensure that all the Building Plans, Trade Licenses as submitted by GVIAL/ Tenants to NAC are cleared within the prescribed timelines.  As defined by the dept. 
•    To monitor and ensure that the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is obtained by the relevant building owners from and to the commissioning of the project.  As defined by the dept.
•    To explore new relevant technology and innovative concept for the department functionalities and work towards the implementation.  No of Initiatives. 
•    Plan and prepare Agenda Items for the NAC in coordination with Estate Management, ALD, NAC and SEZ.  No. of Projects Initiated. 
•    Monitor the NAC project works and ensure on the execution as per the timelines.  Timelines. 
•    To ensure effective stakeholder management at the landside for ensuring the implementation of NAC projects and collection of statuary revenues.  As defined by dept.
•    To monitor and ensure that no unauthorized structures are built and monitor the projects in terms of execution and commissioning. Also ensure that the structures are built as per the approved Building / Development Plans.  As per the defined norms. 
•    Shall ensure collection of the Property Tax of all the buildings as per the timelines. As defined by the dept. 
•    Tenant Management: Shall ensure on the rentals, CAM charges, services and Property Tax collection from the tenants and record management.  As defined by the dept.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

BE/ B Tech - PROJECTS 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•    6 -10 years relevant work experience in handling projects with respective to all disciplines like Civil, MEP services & security surveillance.
•    Project management experience is an added value to the job role 
•    Stakeholder management and convener experience; dealing with govt. and private agencies on project front
