JOB PURPOSE
performing statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws and support in conducting Board Meetings and General Meetings for the corporate entities.

2) Maintaining statutory records and registers under applicable laws for corporate entities entrusted to the position | Compliances on time |
3) Support in conducting Board meetings, general meetings and committee meetings | No observations of non-support |
4) Any other assignments as entrusted | Appropriate delivery |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
1) Statutory authorities like Registrar of Companies, Depositories(NSDL,CDSL), Stock Exchanges, Registrar& Transfer Agents etc.
2) Statutory Auditors
3) Secretarial Auditors
4) Banks, Financial Institutions etc
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
1)Finance & Accounts teams
2)Sector Secretarial Teams
3) Sector Legal Teams
4) Secretaries of Directors and senior management
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Making payment to statutory authorities by way of fees upto Rs. 50,000 per annum
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Handling of management trainee and/or coordinator
- Support in governance initiatives of the Group
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-3 years experience in compliance
