JOB PURPOSE

Conceptualize, formulate, review and benchmark HR processes & policies in areas of HR Policies & Processes, Performance Management and C&B at Enterprise level, that focuses on uniform deployment and effective utilization enabling execution excellence, improved employee experience and attainment of stakeholder expectations.

Plan, Prepare  & Monitor the implementation of Organization strategy in its day to day operation, aligned to the Strategic and Business Framework of the both Energy  Plant and facilitate/support  in communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Develop Annual Operating Plan for effective implementation GKEL and GWEL.

  • Prepare Annual Operating plan & Monitor the Action plan, towards achieving the Annual Operating Plan & Strategic initiative in collaboration with the Implementing Cross Functional Team.
  • Support & or develop processes, frameworks, tools & techniques to monitor the key initiatives for deployment, periodical review, critical analysis with preventive & corrective actions to realize the Operating Plans.

Strategy development for GWEL and GKEL

  • Scan the environment, analyze the opportunity / risks, and provide strategic alternatives for sustainable growth & development
  • Co-ordinate with the Senior Leadership of the Businesses/Support Functions & drive the process of Strategy formulation & Planning
  • Analyzing and developing effective MIS for Planning, monitoring and improvement in Business.

  • Annual Operating Plan with Revenue Generation of Rs. 4500Cr. and PAT level of up to Rs. 390 Cr.
  • Operation & Maintenance Budget of Rs 330 Cr

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• BE Mechanical/ BE Electrical - Regular.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 8-10years of experience
  • The candidate should have good academic and service record.
  • The candidate should have handled initially specific assignments on business planning, forecasting, assisted in finalization of significant project reports, or coordinated the corporate function by working with top management preferably with an independent role at least for 2-3 year.

The candidate should have in depth flair for Finance, project management, negotiation skills and improved profitability and should be an able presenter with analytical details.
